Meet Dr. Matthew Fraiz, an Indianapolis native, that followed his father's footsteps into healthcare. He graduated and fell in love fell in love with Louisville during his time at University of Louisville School of Dentistry. 

Dr, Fraiz brings over 20 years of experience in the field of dentistry. With a passion for surgery and sedation. Dr. Fraiz is here to alleviate the stressful experience that dentistry can be for many people and keep all of your treatment in one place.

Meet Dr. Jordan Clark, an Alabama native where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and fell in love with dentistry working as a dental assistant. She received her D.M.D. from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and plans to build her family in the area. 

Dr. Clark has a passion for helping others by educating her patients while providing excellent

comprehensive care and forming strong relationships to ease the anxiety so many face when coming to the dentist.

Meet Dr. Brian Fraiz, an Indianapolis native, that earned a bachelor's degree from Taylor University, a master's degree from Purdue University, and a Doctorate of Dental Surgey from Indiana University.

Dr Fraiz has pursued numerous surgical and cosmetically focused education courses, using technology to enhance patients' smiles.

He brings a focus on Hybrid Implants, remote anchorage, and All on X Treatment to the office. Bringing you that new smile in a day you've been dreaming of.
